Account settings

How do I create a new user?

No problem! Go to the login screen and click the "Forgot password" button at the bottom. Enter the email address you use to log into Referral Tool and click continue. Check your inbox for an email with instructions to reset your password.

Points system

What can I do with my points?

You can redeem them in the rewards shop for great products and services.

How many points does an order cost?

The points required for each order vary and are always listed in the description. Each point has a value of €0.01.

How many points can employees earn?

Point allocation depends on the recruitment stage and can be manually assigned by admins.

Can I award extra points?

Yes, additional points can be granted (temporarily) for specific job openings or actions.

What is the rewards shop?

The rewards shop provides an overview of all the products and services employees can purchase by redeeming their earned points.

Privacy & fraud

Where can I find fraud detection insights?

The fraud detection system is only accessible to admins. Go to "Admin settings" and click "Users" to view the fraud overview.

What does the traffic light next to a username mean?

Admins have access to an overview of all users. A traffic light indicator is displayed behind each user to indicate the level of fraud risk. A green light means there is no issue, an orange light indicates that the user should be monitored, and a red light means fraud has been detected.
