The HR portal is the dashboard of the Referral Tool. It provides an overview of your company’s referral program. Job openings are automatically imported from the ATS. Blogs and other articles can be uploaded by the HR team for easy sharing. You can also manually adjust referral rewards, add or deactivate users, and modify data.
The HR team always has full control over your referral program.

Referral Tool App
For employees, there is a Referral App. This app allows them to see how many points they have earned and which job postings and articles are available. With just three clicks, they can share posts and job openings via their favorite social media channels, such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. The Referral Tool App is available for iOS and Android.
Redeem points for products
Referral Tool Shop
In the Referral Tool Shop, employees can redeem earned points for gift cards and products. This way, they are rewarded for helping to recruit new talent. Each employee can choose their own rewards in the Referral Tool Shop.
