How it works:
Earning Points
Employees earn points for each step in the recruitment process. The further a referral progresses, the more points the employee receives. For example, you can set it so that sharing job vacancies earns 5 points, while a successful hire earns 10,000 points.

Choosing a Reward
Employees select their rewards in the Referral Tool Shop. They can see how much they have to spend in euros, based on their collected points. The shop offers a wide range of products, many of which are already heavily discounted.
Checkout
Once employees have chosen their reward, they can pay for it using the points they earned through the referral program. These points are automatically deducted in the Referral Tool.
Referral Tool Handles the Administration
Order processing happens directly with the shop. This includes deducting the used points, as well as handling shipping and customer service for the selected rewards. You don’t have to do anything.
How It Works for Employees
Employees receive an account that allows them to share job vacancies and messages via the web portal and mobile app. They can also track the points they’ve earned. Gamification elements in the app make participation even more fun and engaging!
