Personal Data We Process

NowOnline SAAS B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these details to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Address details
• Phone number
• Email address
• IP address
• Location data
• Internet browser and device type

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have consent from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at support@referraltool.app, and we will delete this information.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

NowOnline SAAS B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Sending our newsletter and/or promotional brochure
• To be able to call or email you if necessary to perform our services
• To inform you about changes to our services and products
• To give you the opportunity to create an account

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

NowOnline SAAS B.V. only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Consent for the Use of Cookies

To ensure our website functions correctly, we use cookies. To obtain valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to visit our website and to document this properly, we use a cookie consent management platform: CookieFirst. When you visit our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst's server to give us the opportunity to obtain valid consent from you for the use of certain cookies. CookieFirst then stores a cookie in your browser to activate only those cookies for which you have given consent and document this properly. The processed data is retained until the predetermined retention period expires or you request the deletion of the data. Notwithstanding the above, certain mandatory legal retention periods may apply.

CookieFirst is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Processing Agreement

We have entered into a data processing agreement with CookieFirst. This is an agreement required by data protection law that ensures that data from our website visitors is only processed according to our instructions and in accordance with the GDPR.

Server Log Files

Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us. The following data is collected:

• Your consent status or withdrawal of consent
• Your anonymized IP address
• Information about your browser
• Information about your device
• The date and time you visited our website
• The URL of the web page where you saved or updated your consent preferences
• The approximate location of the user who saved their consent preferences
• A unique universal identification number (UUID) of the website visitor who clicked on the cookie banner

View, Adjust, or Delete Data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Referral Tool, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization you specify.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to support@referraltool.app.

To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identification along with the request. In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Social Security number (BSN) for your privacy protection. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.

How We Secure Personal Data

NowOnline SAAS B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and has taken appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized changes.
